Exchange Policy
Process for obtaining Exchange:
Contact us within 3 months of the purchase date and inform us of your decision to EXCHANGE the order.
Send the products to be exchanged to DailySkinCare, Orchard End, Orchard Avenue, Tickenham BS21 6RQ no later than 14 days from the date on which you cancelled your order.
We will exchange the products as soon as it has received them (and within 14 days at the latest). If the exchange is not feasible, we may provide:
· a credit to be used to purchase other products, or
· a full refund of the purchased price.
To be eligible for an exchange, returned products must be in re-sealable condition, unopened, unused & original seals intact
RETURN/REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
